CALL FOR PAPER
Papers will be selected on the base of abstracts of 300 –500 words and may be submitted by e-mail attachment. Papers should be prepared using Word 6.0 editor, fount 14, Times New Roman, printed through one space without equations and figures. Abstracts should contain the following information: title of paper, author(s) name(s), and affiliation of author(s). Abstracts should be sent before April 15, 2012 to Organizing Committee as well as registration form.
NOTIFICATION ABOUT ACCEPTATION
Authors will be notified of the decision of the Program Committee by May 15, 2012.
WORKING LANGUAGES
Russian and English will be the working languages of the conference.
TRANSPORTATION
Evpatoria City is located in Crimea, Ukraine, on the coast of the Black Sea. There are different ways to reach Evpatoria: direct flight to Simferopol (capital of Crimea); flight Kiev-Simferopol; flight Moscow-Simferopol. Distance between Simferopol and Evpatoria is about 60 km (one hour by taxi).
REGISTRATION FEE
The fee for the participation in the Conference is 300 Euros. This fee includes access to all sessions, abstract book and welcome receptions. The registration fee should be paid by registration.
TECHNICAL VISITING
The broad aerospace subjects of the conference are accompanied by actual capabilities of control of operational space vehicles from the Ukraine National Center of Control and Tests of Space Objects. The participants of conference could visit one of the largest radio telescopes with a 70 – meter antenna, other deep space communication facilities and the Crimean astronomical observatory.
SOCIAL PROGRAM
The conference will be held in Evpatoria, a well-known resort city located on the coast of the largest sandy gulf of Crimea. A Social Program will be available during the Conference. Sevastopol city, Bachtchisarai palace, Yalta city, Livadia palace, “Novy Svet” champaign plant, Foros and other beautiful places of Crimea could be visiting before the conference and after closing ceremony.

Registration form contains the following information that is also required for visa support: - Family Name, First name, Sex - Affiliation - Company/Institute, Address, Country - Date of birth, Place of birth - Passport number, Date of issue, Date of expiry - Copy of passport page containing photo - Phone, Fax, E-mail Please, send this information as soon as possible to Organizing Committee.
HOTEL RESERVATION
Requests for hotel reservations should be directed to the Organizing Committee before 1 June 2012. Single room rates range about $150 .
