PROGRAMME

OBJECTIVES

    The results of scientific and technological experiments in the areas of fluid physics, biology, biotechnology, thermophysical processes, space physics, conducted in microgravity environment on the spacecraft and microsatellites including Russian spacecraft "Bion-M1", "Chibis", "AIST".

    Planned scientific and technological experiments on the spacecraft and microsatellites including Russian spacecraft "Foton-M4", "AIST-2", "Lomonosov".

    The influence of the factors of the space environment on the results of scientific and technological experiments.

    Lessons learned of organization and holding of piggy back launches and space experiments, problems of realization of international scientific and educational space projects.

    Maintenance of carrying out of experiments on the automatic spacecraft and micro/nanosatellites:

    - mission analysis;

    - automatic spacecraft and micro/nanosatellites design;

    - designing of scientific equipment, support systems and software;

    - telecommunications and information support;

    - attitude control and orbital navigation.

    Projects of micro/nanosatellites, including standard CubeSat and their constellations, oriented on the development of new technologies and carry out experiments in space.

REGISTRATION

 Registration fee for Conference participant covers costs of Abstracts and Conference program publications, Conference participant kit, lunches, access to all Conference meetings and social events, transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport.

Registration fee for Accompanying person covers lunches, access to all Conference meetings and social events, transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport.


LANGUAGE

    English and Russian will be the official languages of the Conference. All reports will be done in English. Translation services from Russian to English and from English to Russian will be organized only for questions and discussions.


LOCATION and CLIMATE

    Weather in Samara in the end of August is usually warm: the temperature reaches 20 C. Nights are warm; possible little short rains. You are advised to bring light casual clothes, umbrella and a sweater or jacket for the evenings outdoors. Conference will be carried out in Samara city which is often named as the Russian Space Capital. The population of Samara is one million and three hundred thousand. Samara has big scientific, educational, industrial and cultural potential. Samara is located on coast of Volga river, near Zhiguly national park. There are a lot of theatres, museums, showrooms and fine places for rest.


VISA

    Most of SPEXP-2014 foreign participants will need a visa to enter the Russian Federation. Please contact Russian Embassy or Consulate well in advance of the Conference dates. The Organizing Committee will send the Official Invitation Letters (the document providing the possibility to apply for visa) for those participants and accompanying persons who indicate the necessity for it.


HOTEL ACCOMODATION

    For conference participants accomodation organizers recommend the hotel "OSTWEST CLUB" located near the Volga river in the Samara center, hotel "IBIS" located near city park. In addition, the SSAU can accomodate participants at own hotel "Na Lesnoy". From these hotels will be organized transfer to Conference and back.

SOCIAL EVENTS


    Social events for all participants and accompanying persons include boat trip, official dinner, excursions on city, in "Stalin's Bunker" and "Samara space" museums.



CALL FOR PAPERS
 
 
   No more four-pages and no less one-page abstracts should be sent by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it up to June 25, 2014 (in the format MS Word, Times New Roman, 12 size, one interval, format A4 with margins top and bottom 10 mm, 20 mm on the left, 10 mm on the right). They will be included in the Abstracts Book.

    If you don't use website registration, please attach biographical statement (name, degree, institution, position, city, country, type of presentation, phone/fax).

    The conference proceedings will be published on CD. The final full text of the report up to 10 pages and presentation need send up to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it by August 10, 2014.

    Manuscripts of reports are prepared in format MS Word, font Times New Roman the size 12 pt, through a one interval; format A4 with fields: from above and from below 20 mm, at the left 30 mm, on the right 15 mm. The name of a file is defined on a surname of the first author: surname.doc. Formulas should be typed with the help of editor Microsoft Equation 3.0. Formulas on which in the report are done references it is necessary to print since a new line. Thus formulas are numbered by way of following under the text of the report, alignment: by a right edge. The reference in the text on the formula is designated by number in parentheses: (1), (2), etc. The title of the table begins with a word "Table" and its number under the order, the title is placed from above. Alignment: at the left. In the text of the report the table is allocated with one empty line before and after it, for the reference under the text of the report on table 1 it is necessary to use reduction: tab. 1. Illustrations are given as separate files in a format JPG, names of files are defined on a surname of the first author with addition of number: surname1. JPG, surname 2. JPG and so on, signatures to figure need place with a bottom begins with a word "Figure" and number on order. Alignment on the center. In the text of the report figure is allocated with one empty line before and after figure, for the reference under the text of the report on figure 1. It is necessary to use reduction: a Fig. 1. The list of the references is made out by separate section at the end of the report, thus references settle down by way of their use under the text of the report as the numbered list. Alignment: on width. The list: numbered. The reference to a source under the text of the report is made out as number in square brackets [1], [2], [3].
