Conference topics

The results of scientific and technological experiments conducted under microgravity conditions on spacecraft and small satellites.

Scientific and technological experiments proposed to be conducted on spacecraft and small satellites.

Study of space environment factors and their influence on scientific and technological experiments.

Opportunities and experience of organizing and conducting piggyback launches and space experiments provided by Russian and foreign space agencies.

Problems of organizing and conducting international scientific and educational space projects, including using the opportunities provided by the UN Office for Outer Space Affairs.

Oportunities and examples of use of micro/nano-satellites to conduct scientific and technological experiments.

Technologies for conducting experiments on automatic spacecraft and small satellites:
- design features of automatic spacecraft and micro / nanosatellites for scientific and technological experiments;
- design of scientific equipment and support systems;
- telecommunication and information support;
- problems of ballistics, navigation and communication of spacecraft and small satellites for conducting scientific and technological experiments.

Projects of nanosatellites (including standard CubeSat) and their groups orientated on the development of new technologies and experiments in space.

Problem of space education and human capacity-building in space science and technology, including for developing countries.


Call for Papers

No more four-pages and no less one-page abstracts should be sent by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it up to June 23, 2018 (in the format MS Word, Times New Roman, 12 size, one interval, format A4 with margins top and bottom 10 mm, 20 mm on the left, 10 mm on the right). They will be included in the Abstracts Book.

If you don't use website registration, please attach biographical statement (name, degree, institution, position, city, country, type of presentation, phone/fax).

The conference proceedings will be published on CD. The final full text of the report up to 10 pages needed to send up to August 10, 2018.

Manuscripts of reports are prepared in format MS Word, font Times New Roman the size 12 pt, through a one interval; format A4 with fields: from above and from below 20 mm, at the left 30 mm, on the right 15 mm. The name of a file is defined on a surname of the first author: surname.doc. Formulas should be typed with the help of editor Microsoft Equation 3.0. Formulas on which in the report are done references it is necessary to print since a new line. Thus formulas are numbered by way of following under the text of the report, alignment: by a right edge. The reference in the text on the formula is designated by number in parentheses: (1), (2), etc. The title of the table begins with a word "Table" and its number under the order, the title is placed from above. Alignment: at the left. In the text of the report the table is allocated with one empty line before and after it, for the reference under the text of the report on table 1 it is necessary to use reduction: tab. 1. Illustrations are given as separate files in a format JPG, names of files are defined on a surname of the first author with addition of number: surname1. JPG, surname 2. JPG and so on, signatures to figure need place with a bottom begins with a word "Figure" and number on order. Alignment on the center. In the text of the report figure is allocated with one empty line before and after figure, for the reference under the text of the report on figure 1. It is necessary to use reduction: a Fig. 1. The list of the references is made out by separate section at the end of the report, thus references settle down by way of their use under the text of the report as the numbered list. Alignment: on width. The list: numbered. The reference to a source under the text of the report is made out as number in square brackets [1], [2], [3].

The Conference fee is 350 EUR.
For members of the International Academy of Astronautics the Conference fee is 250 EUR.
For students the Conference fee is 150 EUR.

Regular registration (after August 1):
The Conference fee is 450 EUR.
For members of the International Academy of Astronautics the Conference fee is 350 EUR.

The Conference fee includes:
- acces to all sessions and ceremonies;

Accommodation

Conference organizers recomend for accommodation University hotel "Na Lesnoy ".

From this hotell will be organized transfer to conference venue and back. Application for booking in hotel "Na Lesnoy" should be applyed until June 20 to conference orginizers ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ).

  Hotel "Na Lesnoy" is placed on the Volga river embankment.

Besides it we recommend Hotel "Oktyabrskaya" and "Meridian" witch have 10-15 minutes walking from Conference venue.
