International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) in partnership with Academy of Engineering of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University) and with support of American Astronautical Society (AAS) hosts the 2nd IAA SciTech Forum 2019 including two conferences:
2nd IAA Conference on Space Flight Mechanics 2nd IAA Conference on Space Structures and Materials
2nd IAA SciTech Forum will be held in Moscow on June 25 –27, 2019, where RUDN University will welcome professionals from all around the world.
RUDN-University, Moscow, Russia is the only university in the world that unites students and professionals from more than 150 countries, a meeting point for different cultures and viewpoints, and at the same time – an expanding platform for space education, a place for research and discussion. The working language of the 2nd IAA SciTech Forum 2019 will be English.
Key Dates
Abstract Submission Deadline – April 10, 2019. Notification of Acceptance – in 3 weeks after submission, but not later than April 30, 2019. Manuscript Preprint Submission Deadline – May 25, 2019. Presentation Submission Deadline – June 15, 2019.
Call for Papers
Authors are encouraged to submit abstracts for presentations in the following topics (but not limited to):

1. Orbital Dynamics and Determination 2. Guidance, Navigation and Control 3. Mission Design and Optimization 4. Satellite Constellations and Formation Flying 5. Space Missions and Applications
2nd IAA Conference on Space Structures and Materials
1. Spacecraft Structures and Sensors 2. Advanced Space Materials 3. Structural Design for Space Applications 4. Energy Systems and Propulsion 5. International Space Law
The papers will be evaluated based on 500-word abstracts submitted by the authors. Full manuscripts are required for accepted papers. Proceedings of the Conference will be published as a special volume in AAS Advances in the Astronautical Sciences series by Univelt, Inc., San Diego, CA, USA.

Abstract and Paper Submission
500–word abstract are to be submitted through a web based abstract submittal system via the following link. To upload your abstract, please, create and use your EasyChair account. The authors are also expected to submit short 100-word abstracts for their inclusion in the Conference Program. For a detailed guide, please, visit the official EasyChair page with Submission Instructions. Using the web based system, authors will submit their 500–word and 100–word abstract, author information, as well as manuscript preprint before the conference. Authors will also use this site to submit their final manuscript after conference. Given that the Conference Proceedings will be published as a special volume in AAS Advances in the Astronautical Sciences series by Univelt, Inc., San Diego, CA, USA. We strongly recommend that you refer to and use the following MS Word or Latex templates to accurately submit your conference paper.
Visa Support
If the author requires Russian visa to attend IAA SciTech Forum 2019, please, apply for the official Invitation Letter by filling in the application form and sending its scan, signed by the author along with the copy of the author’s passport to our contact persons. Authors are encouraged to submit visa application form as soon as possible but not later than March 16, 2019.
